We had a great time it’s been our second time remaining Explorean. The rooms are amazing you’ve got a very secluded area calm quite lovely. The food is excellent many restaurants to visit and also the staff in the buffet place go over and beyond to serve you meals in another restaurants. Notably our server Lucio and that makes you feel at home we adored him. Additionally Alejandra in the reception area and Jasmine the cleaning woman. We’ll return shortly won’t go another resort.
If you go to Cozumel you have to stay here! Clean rooms, fantastic food, and fantastic staff. I loved it. Lucio and the remainder of the employees were wonderful. Renata was one of those instructors that took us snorkeling. She was the best made the trip so enjoyable. Thank you The Explorean Cozumel.
We love to travel to the magical waters of Cozumel. It is always a different experience. Either because we change accommodation, or because we decided to do a new activity. The island still has something new to show us every time. The Explorean is an example of that. Also, I had the pleasure to talk with interesting people who work there and recommended a cozumel jeep tequila tour for our party. To be honest, we can not always prevent The Explorean from being our first choice when we travel to Cozumel. It is an excellent hotel. The service and the rooms are very convenient. Such a nice place to stay every time you come to the island.
We had a terrific time! Wish the hotel was on the shore but there’s nothing can do about that. Explorean was quiet and nice. Would have enjoyed more actions and lasting more. Also didn’t like that they picked the trips for us might have enjoyed to select what I needed to perform. Marco in the swimming pool was amazing and were Renata and Josh about the trips! Roberto in explorean was awesome also!
Alejandra G, the hostess, is absolutely fantastic. She was kind, and very valuable! We had a large group (6 people) and that she constantly found ways to make us seated as quickly as possible. Lucio, Isabel, Hector, Manuel, Artko, Carlos, and Salvador were very kind, affectionate, and accommodating. Very impressed with how they operate and I’d 110% recommended!
We’ve traveling a lot and I have to say The Explorean is our favorite. It is an amazing resort for a couples getaway or a family vacation. The food and service are five celebrities! We came here on our honeymoon in October and now we are back again for a family vacation. If you’re looking for a great experience I would suggest this place. We loved the fact that the trips were included. Thank you for the amazing trip, Raul, Angel.
We’re in the Explorean at the moment and felt compelled to write a review because our holiday is wonderful. I can not say enough about this ceremony. Wait employees are everywhere tending to your every desire and ask. Renata is amazing about the trips that came together with our excursion. They are more costly if you reserve different. Our snorkeling excursion to Cielo was undoubtedly among the highlights so far. Our manuals Francisco and JJ were very knowledgeable regarding the reefs and fish. JJ has his own company and you may reserve with him individually. His nametag states Lucio. I am hoping that the hotel will encourage him soon. He’s very people oriented. Request him if you consume the buffet!
The team at The Explorean is amazing! Very nice and romantic resort. The bartenders are excellent (particularly Juan), and also let you get behind the pub with them and create your own drinks that’s a very great touch. We went on a few trips; such as snorkeling, Jeep tours, and theme park excursions. They did a great job at facilitating the activities and teaching us about the background of the island that’s an excellent touch. Rating 5 stars because of the general amazing support.
