Breakfast was terrific because Antonio consistently met us with beautiful compliments and his incredible charm, humor, and humor each morning. Every day we had a new omelet created by him that was just ideal! A definite advantage to the working employees and Nizuc, Moon Palace.
Can’t comment enough with this resort had such a great time with my loved ones, the team here are so lovely and do anything to assist. My son and we fell in love with all the bar staff in Nizuc lobby, along with beautiful Adrianna who we’ve made lovely friends with she guided us places to see and only made our stay really welcoming.
Initially, we were somewhat reluctant to remain there since it looked too near the central hotel district. But after we were beyond the gates, it was like entering another world. Of all the areas we’ve been in Cancun and surrounding areas, this house is unquestionably the very best. We can not wait to get an excuse to go back.
I recently stayed in Nizuc to get a Women excursion and my women and I were dismissed. I’m super picky I am traveling globally regularly, and this is among the most gorgeous places I’ve ever remained with perfect service the whole time.
The grounds are magnificent, the rooms are spotlessly clean, the butlers assisted us with whatever we had, the team was impeccable – they told me about some atv tour cozumel near Nizuc we want to try! The food has been perfection. I really can’t say enough. I had been blown away by all the cold facts from breakfast to auto service along with the cute carts that hauled us across the grounds. I’ll be back!
My spouse and I spent four days on a mindset adjustment trip. Service and conveniences are every bit like the top resorts in the entire world. Attention to detail has been put on in every manner. Felt pampered the whole time. Came away refreshed and needing more.
Nizuc far exceeded all my expectations. The support is absolutely outstanding in every facet. By our next day, we’re greeted by name. The food was just another detail, which was absolutely astounding! The hotel is clean and well maintained, and their GREAT attention to detail shows in what they do. We can’t wait to return!
