This Hidden Gem with Romantic upscale feel was outstanding in service and excellent in food

We were disappointed to learn the Napa Grill had shut as part of a huge renovation in the Presidente. The great news is that the replacement, Faro Blanco, is exceptional also! The short-rib and red snapper entrees were all amazing. Additionally, the ceviche and Thai beef appetizers were quite good also. Service remains terrific.

Staying in the resort and just having returned from a night dive, we chose to try Napa Grill because of its place and after dining hours and testimonials. We dined at 9:30 for a party of 3. Fortunately they could take us without a reservation. The restaurant was complete with the exception of a couple empty tables. We ordered cocktails while still reviewing the menu. Complementary Olives and Bread sticks followed. We ordered the Carpaccio All’Albese, Boneless Ribeye Steaks with Grilled Vegetables and the Lasagna Bolognese. The Lasagna, really good but a little too heavy on the meat. All in all it was a really nice dining experience.

The good thing about going to Cozumel is the diversity of things you can do. From staying in a five-star hotel, an all-inclusive, to a boutique hotel or Airbnb accommodation. The same thing happens with food. Of course, the main dish is marine. But if you want to eat something different, you will definitely find it. I remember the other night to have a talk with a guy who recommended me anĀ akumal fly fishing guide for taking a fishing tour near the island. I think it would be entertaining. So, Napa Grill is an excellent place to eat in Cozumel. I recommend it 100%. It is delicious, and the service is remarkable.

As IHG associates, we always stay at the InterContinental if we’re in Cozumel, therefore the Napa Grill is quite suitable for all of us. We had a terrific dinner, intimate, with a wait staff that actually catered to us. The restaurant is small with a few outside seating (we stumbled indoors ), so it is possible you might need to wait for those who do not have reservations. Once seated, our waiter came to us went across the specials, took our drink orders, and had bread and beverages in our table within just a moment or 2. The menus have been illuminated (yes, illuminated) – a wonderful touch. My mum had been cooked nearly ideal, my wife’s ribs were fall-off-the-bone using a very wonderful barbecue sauce. We skipped dessert but I managed to purchase a cappuccino, that was created entirely perfect with a stone candy sugar stick inside, which I thought was just another wonderful touch. Our bill was quite reasonable for what we purchased, and with the current exchange rates as they are, paying in pesos made it much more realistic.

Staying in the Presidente, I wandered to this resort restaurant was pleasantly surprised, the team is really pleasant and the resort has amazing beachscapes. I had the broiled lobster that’s done in the conventional cast iron pan, amazing! It was so big of a tail that I could only finish half! Next night I had the pasta combo they have an elaborate Italian menu plus they make each of their pastas in home in addition to the bread. I could not complete 25 percent of this portion. The plus is your wine cellar.

We had our room in The Explorean and need do have something different for our last night in Cozumel. Napa Grill is situated in El Presidente hotel, so after a brief taxi ride, we came here. We came for steaks and lobsters and we had steaks and lobsters. It was fantastic. Good prices, good food, good service! I urge.

This restaurant serves the best steaks in Cozumel — like a number of the terrific steakhouses in the usa. It’s within the Intercontinental Hotel, and is comparatively modest, but certainly worth the trip. The service is impeccable, and the meals, from soup to primary class was all exceptional! I had a filet mignon and my spouse had grilled shrimp — all very good!

We adore the Presidente in Cozumel in part because they try to make your stay a phenomenal experience. It’d been just two years since our last trip (far too long) and among many improvements we noticed was that the Napa Grill. We’ve got some must visit restaurants once we visit Cozumel, but our very last night was liberated and rather than a repeat we chose to try out the brand new (at least to us) restaurant in the resort. The Napa Grill didn’t disappoint! Upscale air with a beautiful view of the small cove in the core of the Presidente. I loved the personal attention along with the menus that were illuminated. The lobster bisque and crab cakes starters were clearly refreshing and beautiful. We picked steaks in part to get a change of pace from the superb fish we had loved, but also because it had been recommended. Not up to the caliber of a Morton’s, Fleming’s or your favorite steak house, however it had been quite great. If you’re in Cozumel and want a more relaxed upscale dining experience I’d suggest the Napa Grill.
