We visited for a family wedding. I cannot say enough about the hotel, the staff, the amenities, or the beach area. We can not wait to book another stay! I want to mention two-stall members whose efforts stood head and shoulders above the rest during my visit.
First, Antonio, who was our daily server for breakfast. His friendly smile and prompt, amazing cozumel flyboard tour suggestion set the tone for our entire day,! Second, Juan Carlos, who served us our cocktails and sushi daily while we were at the pool or the beach. Once again, he was professional, friendly, and prompt! We will be back!
The rooms are immaculate, very modern, and well maintained.
The dive center attached to the hotel was very professional and also very friendly. Myself, my sons and friends all went diving with them and experienced several guides during our stay. All were very competent, safe, and friendly. I own my dive center so to please me is not easy. This dive center was excellent, and I would recommend them to anybody who visits the area.
The resort itself was also very quaint, with seawater compounds and a marina harboring boats, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and bars — worth a visit.
We went for my son’s wedding. They had a wedding planner at the hotel, which did a fantastic job. Everything went so smooth. I have highly recommended it.
I would recommend this hotel, whether you are a group of friends, a couple, or a family. If you want clubs etc., you would have to travel in Playa Del Carmen which is probably too far on a nightly basis but for eating, karaoke or drinks it’s ideal.
